Deadwood is the place to kick of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally with the 50 mile Legends Ride - a premier celebrity charity ride which winds its way from historic Deadwood through the Black Hills and raises funds for the Black Hills Children's Home and Sturgis Motorcycle Museum and Hall of Fame.

Walking down the streets of Deadwood, seeing the Victorian architecture and the lively gaming halls give both the sense of historic and modern - and that's exactly what is found here. The free street concerts, seasonal events, and constant activity mixed with the living history of the old west make Deadwood truly a destination.
